Item Description

The Accu-Chek® Safe T Pro-Uno lancing device keeps up with increased safety and hygienic requirements by health authorities, legislators, and health institutions. At the same time, it provides an ergonomic handling, lancing in just 3 milliseconds, and safety features that prevent accidental needle sticks. Its pre-set lancing depth makes it ready to use immediately.

 

Intended Use

Single use, obtaining capillary blood from the fingertip or, if the patient is a child under 1 year, from the heel.

 

Disposal

Single use. Disposal of used single-use lancing devices always in accordance with the local / facility’s disposal procedures and country’s sanitary regulations.

How to use the Accu-Chek Safe-T-Pro Uno lancing device

Simple, 2-step lancing

  1. Twist the sterility cap one quarter turn and remove it.
  2. Hold the lancing device between your index finger, middle finger, and thumb. Press the lancing device firmly against the chosen puncture site. Using your thumb, press the release button down completely. Move the lancing device away from the puncture site and discard it.
